Question:
My car has a powered tinted see thru roof that slides all the way back(moonroof?), and a seperate headliner material covered panel underneath that manually has to be slid back that covers the other roof(sunroof?). Is this a sunroof/moonroof combo or just a sunroof?
Answers:
Is the tint they sell at wal-mart legal?
moonroof is just a tinted glass..cant be open and a headliner with a slider..sunroof u can open it all and sit on the roof if u like..
basicly the one u hv is a sunroof..
I got a speeding ticket in Bronx NY for going 78 in a 50 mph zone, plead guilty?
If it is flat and opens it is a "sunroof"! If it is stationary and the top is mounded in shape, you have a "moon roof"! I've never seen a moon roof that opens or slides!my car has the similar set up- a fabric covered hard top on the inside slides back to reveal the clear glass that can be lifted in the back (Sun roof) or slid back and open (Moon roof). the dealer called it a powered moonroof.
