I have a Honda Insight. It is a two seater and pretty slow. I have driven it over 90 mph, but downhill after a pass which I almost didn't get over. I ran out of electric power going up. It was my first time driving it, though and a very long, steep pass. It gets almost 60 mph in town and we've gotten 72 mph on our best tank, which was in Yellowstone Park and
secondary roads in Wyoming and Idaho.
Which is the most economic car (in regards to gas)?
The only thing I can think of right now is the cost, but that may be partially offset by tax breaks.to be honest, i dont think there are very many disadvantages being the owner of one. although they are not very powerful and are light, they do make great cars for people who want to either:
1) save money on gas
2) save the environment
3) or be independent of gas and oil as possible
I'm looking at buying a Saab 2002 9-5 Arc. Does anyone know if Saab made a good car that year?
They are expensive and hard to come bythe batteries are usually made of nickle which creates alot of pollution in the making of the batteries
eventually when the car dies the batteries are going to have to be disposed of in a manner that wont pollute the environment
