What is the ideal efficiency of an automobile engine in which fuel is heated to 540k, and outdoor air is 290k?

Diesel comes in different "formulations". You get No.1 or No.2, basically summer and winter fuel. The winter fuel has less BTU's but in cold climate you need to have it so it won't gel. If fuel gels the wax in it has solidified. It then won't flow through filters. Kerosene is "thinner" than winter diesel. In the Arctic they use Kerosene. BUT in warm climates DO NOT use winter diesel or kerosene because it will burn your pump out. You also will get less mpg and power.
