Question:
I have a new car, but I'm not sure what the best way is to clean the dash, etc. and the leather seats without messing them up. Thanks.
Answers:
whats the fastest you ever driven?
No matter what you have though, frequent vacuuming works well. If you keep the sand out of the rug, that will minimize the cutting action and keep your carpet looking sharp.
With leather, use what the book says. If not in your particular manual, select something that is not at the bottom of the price range. You don't need top shelf, but don't cheap out if they car looks nice, you want it to stay that way.
I'd like some ideas from 1997 F-150 owners who have mounted a CB radio?
Dash: Use NuVinyl or a TrutleWax vinyl product. Armor All works, but the ones I've tried leave the surface to wet, and it rapidly collects dirt. It might be well protected, but looks like h@!!.
don't buy cheap cleaner! you really need to use a product designed for the specific location you are trying to clean. get a good leather cleaner for the seats, get a good glass cleaner for the glass, and a good dash protectant for that.
leaf blower.
they should sell leather cleaner for the seats like at auto zone and for the dash you can use armor oil which you can also get at auto zone.
