i support driver's licenses for illegals. some training is better than none.it is illegal to Stop in traffic in the Right hand lane, almost causing a serious pile up, to cut across 7 lanes of traffic to make a Left hand turn. oh to god, that i had only seen the likes of that once. and i'm sure that's covered in the state driver's permit handbook which also available in Spanish.
