Question:
I`m trying to translate some Goodyear stuff and I have no idea what these tires are.

Does K & N make an intake for a 1998 Mercedes ML320? Is there a Catback Exhaust for this car?

Performance tires are just that, as in road racing etc, the compound is softer and will not last as long, possibly not a good rain tire., but good adhesion on dry surface.
OEM is original manufacture,That is, a more stable tire, harder surface, longer lasting, as what the vehicle manufacture put on the vehicle when it came out of the factory. Designed for that style vehicle.
Replacement are other styles, equal in size, but of different texture, possibly not lasting as long as OEM.
