Or in general, what is the best car to buy, I need opinions from all different types of people, including luxury auto mechanics! It doesn't even necessarily have to be a luxury car, but I'm used to that I guess.

It depends on what you consider luxury, not to mention what your needs are.For example, Lexuses in general are excellent. But if you are interested in a Lexus ES, you can spend a lot less money on a Camry, which is a similar car.
Then you also should determine if you prefer rear-wheel drive or front-wheel drive. The former is best for a well-composed car, while the latter is a little nose-heavy but fine for the non-enthusiast - especially in the snow belt.
Is insurance cheaper on a 4 door car than a two door car?
I like Acuras because I think Honda makes excellent engines. But, in the end, it's your needs that are what's important, so figure out what they may be. As I am an enthusiast, I would also consider the Caddy CTS-V, but that's just me.

Toyota or Lexus are the best when compare to reliable,warranty,and easy access for the technicians which cut down cost in maintance. all others are unreliable,low warranty, and very hard to work on which cost alot to do maintance. most vehicles now used Toyota parts on their vehicles because the quality of their vehicles are very bad such as BMW Mercedes,Chevrolet,Farrari,Ben...
