You shouldn't need a wheel alignment if all you are changing are your wheels and tires. The only reason your car would track sideways after the change is if the tires are not the same tread depth all the way around which might happen if you buy used tires... in which case your problem is not your alignment. It might also be caused by tires that are improperly installed resulting in a damaged sidewall or to a lesser degree by out of balance tires. Both of these are dangerous and should be fixed immediately. You should make sure that all four tires have the same amount of air pressure and as long as everything is uniform, there is no reason why an alignment should be necessary on a new car.

You do not need to get an alignment because you are changing rim sizes, or tires. However just because your car is brand new does not mean you don't need an alignment either.
