What car do you drive and is it any good?
No. Smokers aren't banned from buying cigarettes, binge drinkers aren't banned from buying alcohol... and so on. That being said, skinny people aren't necessarily physically fit. They could easily be an equal or greater risk to the health care system. I know skinny people who eat garbage and the most exercise they get is lifting their coffee cup. You are also skirting the fact that you would be limiting people to their direct neighbourhood which is too restrictive in terms of lifestyle. Or their workplace may be too great a distance to reach by walking or cycling. Encouraging exercise is fine, banning transportation is unnecessarily restrictive and a form of undeserved punishment.Retard alert!
