i own a shop and it works it just make the picture real blurry ,just enough so that they cant make out the license plate,but it wont hold up long if it rains a lot or you wash it a few times it looses it ability to create a good glare,but it does work,good luck i hope this helps.

I have heard it works, but you have to spray it on thick to get the full reflective effect from the camera flash. Only problem is this stuff was designed for people like me in California where plate covers are illegal, and if you spray that stuff on really thick, it can be noticeable and you can get cited for it.
