Quick question: Which lights should i get for my car?

Question:
I'm driving an '03 Celica and i want to install the really bright white lights on it. yet i don't want to install the HID conversion kit because it's too much work and money although it's the white that i want. So which are better "PIAA extreme white or super white" bulbs, Xenon HID headlight bulbs (if so 5000k or 7500k?) or these bulbs i saw called "RAYBRIG" Extreme white 5000k HB4 12v .. which do you suggest will look the whitest and nicest for my car or is there another type of white bulbs other than these? Thanx

Is it possible to over stress spring steal without it fracturing? Like a tortion bar. Do they stretch?

piaa are pretty good but overprice, as for the xenon bulbs - you cant use them cause you dont have hid and as for raybrig i never heard of it..i would go with the sylvania silverstar or silverstar ultra, your lowbeam bulb is a H7, just so you know..ive had the piaa and now i have the silverstar, the silverstar's are like 45 bucks and their better than the piaa' s which are like 80..go figure...lol..good luck (when your looking at the sylvania bulbs, dont even bother thinking about the xtravision or cool blue's cause their garbage and arent anywheres near as bright as the silverstars)
