Problem with Adjustable Seat in Car??

Question:
I have a 2001 Grand Am, my Driver Seat has a switch on the side that can move the seat up and down. Recently it has stopped working, and when you push the switch either up or down it makes a grinding type of noise and the seat doens't move.

What was the title of a recent Mini Cooper ad on YouTube?

I'm wondering if there is a way to fix it? Without having to spend a ton of money...

Answers:

Why does the engine of a bus running on compressed natural gas gets heated quite fast ?

These aren't cheap at all. Need a new seat motor.
