Help my truck!!?

Question:
I have a 98 f-150 4x4 I just had tuned up. I got all new filters,belts,spark plugs,oil change and the tranny pan dropped and serviced. I installed a hypertech programmer and a K&N FIPK intake kit. Now that I have the truck back it seems even more tired than before, what gives? Any ideas to wake it up again?

Timing is off, slop in the timing chain. Time it by ear. Or your programmer isnt right.
