What is the cheapest car hire.?

Also, I was out crusing one time and I got a light with a guy in a firebird and he said he didn't want to race cuz his clutch was slipping. Is this the same thing as the above statement?

Answers:

What can I use to clean the inside of my car?

Two different things. In the Mustang 'sliiping the clutch' mean he was not releasing the clutch all the way when taking off. This is hard on a clutch but it multiplies the torque. In the Firebird he said his clutch was slipping because it was worn out. When a clutch is worn out it starts slipping. Just as if you had pressed the clutch pedal a little. If you keep driving eventually the car won't move even when it's in gear.

how long is a renault clio?

sliping the clutch is slightly engaging so you dont smoke the tires at the start line. if you spin tires at the line you will lose tiem. a slipping clutch isnt the same. a slipping clutch is just that. when driving the clutch slips and the motor will gain rpms with speeding up the car.

Some snow tires can't be studded, yet claim to be as good as studded...is this really true?

The government is planning to track motorists in the UK and charge them a tax per mileage. Opinions please.?

slipping of the clutch occures when you slightly depress the clutch while driving,or the clutch disc has worn to the point where you can't get any friction it only spends on the surface of the flywheel.

what trucking companies in north carolina will help a recent failed trucking school student get cdl=a license?

Slipping of the clutch is when you purposely (in the case of the Mustang driver) let the clutch slip on the flywheel to keep from burning the tires and losing time in the quarter mile. It takes a good sense of touch to do effectively and really should be avoided because it wears the clutch out. In the case of the guy in the firebird, HIS clutch is so worn out that it slips too much and wont hold the force of the engine under heavy acceleration. (also used as an excuse by folks with good clutches that are afraid to race). See Ya!
