I have a 96 ford contour standard that don't always want to start?

Question:
if you don't push the clutch in and turn the ignition it won't do anything as it should be but sometimes you get in and push the clutch in and turn the key it acts just like you never pushed in the clutch ?? i have narrowed it down but I want other opinoions thanks

I have a1995 Ford Concord the heater only works when it wants to. What could be the problem?

it's probably the starter relay going bad. It doesn't cost much to replace, though.
