Are Multiple Alternators able to be used in Electric cars so they can recharge while driving?

Several large trucking companies, such as Schneider, J B Hunt and Swift have paid CDL training programs, BUT ( there's always a "but") after you receive your license you must commit to work for them for a year or two to "repay" the cost of your training.
