Question:
I past an intersection today and noticed a flash out of the corner of my eye. If the camera took a picture it couldn't have been a picture of the entire car. I passed the intersection and the light was still yellow. Does the flash mean I'm getting a ticket in the mail?

Why do american cars have such big engines, but produce so little power?
The picture only needs to catch the numberplate. In GB, you wouldn't get done for running an amber light. Why do car air conditioners use up gas when they only work on electricity to begin with?
yesIF ANY PART OF YOUR VEHICLE WAS IN THE INTERSECTION WHEN THE LIGHT TURNED RED THEN YES THEY GOT YOU. IT TAKES A PIC OF THE WHOLE INTERSECTION WITH YOUR CAR THEN THEY TAKE A ZOOMED PICTURE OF YOUR LICENSE PLATE AND WHOMEVER THE CAR IS REGISTERED TO IS THE ONE WHO WILL GET THE POSTCARD. LET'S BOTH PRAY THAT IT DIDN'T GET YOU.
