use bleach white (the stuff you use on your white wall tires) just dillute the solution a little and it works great!! I was involved in restoring a 34 foot boat that sunk. We used a product from 3M I'm not sure of the name but it is a 3 step process. Rubbing compound first then polishing compound and last wax. You can find it at most marine suppliers such as west marine. It took some time but it really brought back the colour and shine on both the green and white. This was on a smooth surface though. Not sure what your situation is. The other product you can use to get the heavy grime off is called Spray Nine it works well especially on textured surfaces. Apply it full strength and use a plastic bristle brush and you should have excellent results. We use it regularly to remove bird droppings and spider stains.
