In commercial yards we work through the bad weather. Only torrential downpours and MAJOR storms stop most/all work. If we can't keep the power on we can't work. (Also if there's an evacuation in effect we stop work and get out of the way!)You can't weld or paint in the rain, but there are plenty of dry areas where people can work.
