you need to cut out the section, and re-do it. Ensure that the resin and hardener are properly proportioned, and that the glass is wetted out without bubbles. This is done from the inside out. finish with gel coat from the outside, and sand until smooth...and you are done...paint to match, and the repair will be seamless.
