put some straight fuel in the container shake it around then hold the container so one corner is the lowest point so all the dirt ,corrosion will settle in the corner, usually the corner you can see inside the container is the best to use then using a hose to syphon out the fuel stick it down in the same corner where the crap is and it should suck it all out
