MY BOAT IS FIBREGLASS but i wanna paint it another coulour wots the best paint 2 use as i was thinking ov ham

Most navy bells are brass. I can only think that this bell was made in WW2 as a way to conserve brass. I would think this bell comes from a mass produced axillary like a liberty ship or Destroyer escort ships that were seen as expendable. It would help if there was a name on this bell. this bell may have been the one used by the boswainmate to announce time and watch changes not the one used to warn other ships in fog.

I am looking for a Montgomery Wards owners Manual for a Continuous cleaning oven number 191T122F369?

It is the ships bell. At anchor you must sound a warning for 5 seconds, every minute during fog or conditions of nonvisability. A boat over 39 feet must have a bell that is 7 inches. A larger ship needs a larger bell.Over 328 feet you needa gong also at the stern.
