Docking is free, if you mean storing, it's called a slip, and it depends on if you want it wet or dry docked, for how long and the size of the boat. Type the lake or port name and the word slip on your search engine and you should find some info. I just did "Lake Pleasant slip" (I live near it) and the marina came up right away.

I also live on LONG ISLAND in NY, and I pay $550 per season, it's a private house in "Oceanside", theire is only water, no electric (There is a plug if you really need it ther but, I wouldn't trust it) the dock looks like something out of a comic book but, it is secure, I don't spend much time at the dock so it is great for me.
