Currently I use 1985 olds cutlass supreme 6 cly.
It is bad on gas mileage, and the rear windows do not roll down. (I live in Clearwater (Tampa Bay, FL).

I would love to buy a small 2/3 berth boat trouble is I know nothing about boats can you help?

I go boating about twice per month. Also would use car on normal basis. No camping, rather just city driving when not using boat. I park boat in my driveway.

How can you get a 100Ton Masters license reinstated?

I am looking for a car that I can use for normal driving and boat towing, that also will get good gas mileage. The model year is open, due to my current is 1985 and does the job. It is just uncomfortable.

why are ship captains allowed to perform marriage ceeramonies? when are they allowed to and when aren't they?

Mini vans have a "cool factor" of ZERO but, are good on gas, have tons of room for stuff, get better gas milage than an SUV, and has front wheel drive (most models), and enough horse power, to pull you up the ramp, they have a "high rated" towing capacity as well.

site to build boats for grade 2?

I would go with a smaller SUV. Something like a Blazer with the V6 vortec engine. They are becoming very cheap and they are decent on gas when in two wheel drive, and its always nice to have the 4x4 option! And from personal experience mini vans dont last that long towing things. And i would rather have rear wheel drive than front wheel because the back end is being pushed down from the weight of the trailer, so that would make for better traction and torque to get up the ramp and any hills you may experience.

would it be possible to travel from Loch Ness to Exeter by canoe just using just inland waterways?

95 Cutlass? Anything else would be overkill.
I suggest a vehicle with a frame, and utility to suit your style of living. I prefer a pick-up due to the fact you will be able to carry fuel for your outboard in the bed, plus the mess that goes with boating. Having a locking cover will conceal your gear, and at least a limited slip rear differential as added insurance at the ramp. ---> Toyota Tacoma Prerunner V6
