I have a bayliner 19 ft with a 125 force outboard what would explain the reason why It won,t go faster than 15

It should be big enough to hold 50 guests and 20 crew. It should have latest telecommunication and security systems and should also have a helipad. In few words, it should be power-speed-secure and comfort-luxury.

What is the difference between home heating oil and diesel fuel..??
