Load stabilisers or levellers. While they are used in hulls that are less than 12 degrees to deal with sliding, "aid in turns", their main use is to level out the ride. Say you are in a bass boat and your buddy beside you weighs 300lbs. you've got the picture. I almost forgot, they help in quicker plane-ing times and to hold the bow down in shorter boats with heavy engines. You did not state weather it was a plane-ing, semi displacement or displacement hull. any ideas would help,, I changed the motor on the power trim on my 88 45hp mercury and it goes down OK but it
