Does anyone know how to make a home made battery additive. I need an additive, that will save a dead battery, that has bad sulfation. I have searched the internet, haven't found anything on homemade battery additives. All input welcome.

You could cause a chemical reaction, or worse, an explosion. A new battery is only $40. Don't severely injure yourself and all those innocent bystanders just to save a few bucks.

You have a bad cell, check with a "Hydrometer" ($3 auto store), leathal and toxic gasses may come out of a battery when mixing chemicals in them, DON'T DO IT ! a Really GOOD marine battery is $60, JUST BUY A NEW ONE. Batterys can be dangerous, always re-charge with the vent caps OPEN, Hydrogen Gas vapors accumulate when re-charging a battery, then you hook up the terminals, spark, boom !
