Boat Zoap is good but for really tough stains and marine growth use Mary Kate Ez On Ez Off. It is made just for that and works very well. It is an acide so you have to follow directions and use safety gear but it is well worth it. You can get it at West Marine, Boaters World or any good marine supply store.

First use a power washer to get the heavy stuff off, especially on the bottom. Then on the gelcoat, use Y-10 Jelly, available at most marine stores. It is made for fiberglass, and no scrubbing is involved. It paints on, and sprays off.

Boat has old gas in it, how do I dispose of it or do I run it until its gone?

I use muriatic acid. It's not pleasant to work with, but it is effective and inexpensive. I cut it 50/50 with water then apply it with a spray bottle. I let it sit for a bit and then take the pressure washer to it.
