The lake is called golden isles lake I own a condo on an island that sorrounds the lake.. Hallandale beach Florida broward county. the lake is not a thouroughfare for boats.

If the lake can be reahed by the ICW it is considered navigatable waters. If you are talking about not in the channel and you own the land, you can moor. It sounds like you had better ask the condo assoc. You should be able to put in a mooring.
