I dont know if your talking about the tarp kind or like the lean to kind, but we just use a pump sprayer with bleach soap and water in it, spray the cover, let it set for an hour or so, and then spray if off with a hose.A chlorine bleach product is the only thing I have foud that works. A friend used dishwasher detergen on life jackets with the black mold staining and it worked. She used a brush and high pressure hose after the stuff had sat to work for awhile.
