Liveaboard Marina Slip in St. Augustine FL.??

Question:
im still fairly young but i am starting to consider living on a boat while i go to college to hopefully lessen the financial blow im sure im going to take when i leave the house. i know i can find a suitable boat thats well within my price range but can anyone give me a good solid idea of the other expences i am going to have to deal with? and about how much they will be? i am already aware of the obvious like renting the slip, the taxes, the parking, the pumpouts, etc. and ive also thought about some other stuff that im sure will come into play. but i have no clue as to exact dollar amounts.

I have a Mercury outboard motor 3.9 serial # 1911329 . What year is it?

help please?

How to contack people?

slips in the st.augustine are in the 400-450 dollar range depending on boat size, there is a free anchorage with a dingy dock that costs about 100.00 a month,I know people who anchor there permanently and work in town, cool place, get some of the locals to show you how to anchor, they get some fierce gales. don't depend on part time work, not much there
