Inflatable Dinghy 5m?

Question:
Im asking this for my cousin whos computers down. He has just been given a 5 metre inflatable boat (RIB..?) and needs a little help. He,s looking to buy a repair kit, although its OK just now. Glue to repair the band that runs round the sides protecting it, and most importantly, paint which is suitable to tidy the whole thing up before use. Any information would be greatly appreciated as I cant find anything online. Thanks..!
