Nope.But you must know this... ships aren't made of Styrofoam, they're made of steel. Some boats are made of aluminum, some have been made of concrete and plenty have been made of other materials like wood.

A ship is not built so that the hull is only capable of displacing exactly the weight of the ship though - there is always reserve buoyancy in the design. This is so the ship won't sink when you load cargo! The reserve buoyancy can be empty ballast tanks or enough freeboard (sides high enough above the water line) that the edges don't get too close to the water line with the added weight.
