Where do I find the data on currents in the New York Harbor and Hudson River?

I disagree, The shortblocks are the same as a chevy 4.3L v6, All of the shortblocks are internally balenced. A crank is a crank there is no guidelines that a specific crank should follow. The only difference is the harmonic balencer is made a little better to keep the vibrations down on the rotating assembly. I rebuilt a few and they are the same as a 4.3L crank including the journals
