What are the pros.&cons on a 3 blade vs. 4 blade SS outboard motor propeller?

You need to use a centrifugal clutch. They are like an automatic transmission. They have clutches inside that expand as the engine speed increases.

What does water in bottom end oil mean.?

Whoops, I answered the question before I read the whole thing. Go with a heavier clutch, and increase the size of the sprockets and chain size. If they make motorcycle chains and gears to withstand over a 100 hp then you should find something.

I am a Second Marine Deck Officer graduated in the Philippines, can I work in the United States as Second Mate

There are a number of choices out there.
Go to a bike shop and get one of the clutches for a bike.
try a fluid type....Hydrostatic drive !
or get a hydraulic pump...Hook it to the engine....plubm it to the drive axle where you have a hydraulic motor mounted to the drive shaftsor axles. talk about the potential for power !
Hydraulic power is only limited by the strength of the metal components that attempt to contain it !
I'd go Hydro drive.
