Muskrats ? They are all over the south Shore of Long Island, hard to see but, you can spot a little "V" (wake) shooting across the creek way up in front of the boat from the Muskrat holding it's nose above the water while swimming, only the back feet are webbed. It uses it's tail to steer like a rudder....CUTE !
