Yamaha outboard model: E40LN .anyone know what year this engine is?

Question:
The engine is a yamaha enduro 40 thats all I know... It is a twin cylinder with a single carb. It is metallic blue on the leg of the motor and on the hood also it has a 3 or 4 colour scheme decal applied to the sides of the engine cover. all help greatly appreciated!
