I would start inquiring with the military, if you are seriously looking you better look at all the details too... where would you keep it, how much maintenance/fuel/repairs would cost? remember teams of 100-1000+ maintain these things... in the private market the overhead of such an idea is completely impractical, wher if you are the government you have endless income for funding.

You'll have LOTS of salvage competition finding one, The steel hulls that the U.S. Navy requires is a much higher grade than regular grade marine steel.Most of them after decommisioned are sold for scrap.
