What r the properties and holdng down arrangemnt for a camshft bearing of a large 2 stk marine diesel engine?

i need to know if the camshaft bearing is in anyway (in terms of properties) different than crankshaft bearing and wht is its holding down arrangement in sulzer and MAN B&W engines.
