What is the time before overhaul for the Perkins 4-236M diesel engine?

I am about to purchase a 39' Californian trawler with twin Perkins diesel engines. These engines have 1500 hours each. This seems to me to be just broken in. I wanted to ascertain what the manufacturer recommends as the TBO. Thanks!

i am not sure of the recommended hours to rebuild the engine, but 1500 hours is low, i would think you would get at least 7500 hrs out of it.
