The only way you can do this effectively and safe is to install a large industrial insulated hot water heater powered by an onboard gen-set. The heater can also be augmented with heat from the engines via heat exchanger which flows through a copper coil within the tank and back to the engine. At the same time the electrical element in the tank will provide addtional heating and allow you to maintain the hot water you need a lot quicker.
