Where could oil on the side of the motor be coming from?

Question:
1994 90 HP Johnson Oceanrunner -This motor has been converted from an oil injection to add oil to the gas. The oil resivour has been removed and all oil line have been capped. I am noticing oil on the side dripping down toward the lower unit. where could this be coming from. It is not an oil and gas mixture. Pleas help

Check all the fuel lines. Make sure they are clamped tightly. Sometimes the oil will seperate and seep around the fittings.
