Most fiberglass canoes are made from a combination of fiberglass cloth, Kevlar and/or carbon fiber in a female mold. This is an extremely expensive way to build one canoe. You have to build a plug model of the boat exactly the size you want, make a mold using this and then use the mold to make the boat.
