I'm building one now, The mast's are "Hinged" to fold down so it fits in the bottle, you glue the mast's base, fold it down on the hinge, tie a piece of string to the mast, slide the ship into the bottle, the pull the string, the mast's come up, glue dries, you cut the string near the mast where you tied it on.
