ANyone can provide advice about changing the starter on a Volvo Penta 2002 Diesel engine?

The location of the starter is very difficult to access, with very little space to move. So I wonder if Volvo makes a special tool for it.
I have been unable to find any information online, and mechanics in the area seem to have difficulty with the situation.
