What is the name for a table on a boat that doesn't rock with the waves?

Question:
The table is heavily weighted on the bottom and stays stationary on a pivot while the boat actually rocks beneath it. It gives the illusion of the table swinging if you are looking at it because you're moving with the boat, but the table is actually staying level so things don't slide off. I can't for the life of me remember the name though.
