i bought a sexton and after admiring it tryed to use it I learned how to get the numbers but what now? what do I do with those numbers? any help would be great!

Celestial navigation is not just as easy as picking up a sextant and using it. Try reading Chapmans, Duttons Nautical Navigation, and the American Practical Navigator. All of them are considered the boaters bibles on navigation and all include celestial nav. Duttons would help the most.
