I have a 1976 Mercury 1150 outboard motor question?

Endurance Marine address?

I'm taking a leap of faith here, but if you are talking about a boat motor and you are hearing a "buzzer ring in a high pitch" while you are running, it is a TEMPERATURE WARNING. The engine either has a bad water pump impeller, or you are trimmed out too far and air is being sucked into the engine instead of water allowing the engine to overheat. It needs to be checked by a marine dealer immediately. You can ruin your motor running it like this. Again, I'm taking a shot in the dark here by assuming that this is a legitimate question about boat motors. If not, well-----I tried.
