Boating question and studying? Can you help please?

Question:
Hi there,
I have completed the RYA power boat course and obtained a a icc certificate as well as a CEVNI certificate. How do i progress to be able to learn to drive larger vessels ( say over 75ft upwardards). Are there any specialist training schools or perhaps an apprentiship to learn about larger boats? How do crew members of large tankers learn their trade? Do not wish to join the merchant navy! What possibilities to study are there in europe please? Many thanks
