None of the vessel manufacturers of which I'm aware make their own carpeting.
I installed Crossley (Tandus Company) latex-back sandbars tufted carpet in our Aloha27 this summer. It held up VERY well and we're very pleased with the look! However, I think I may be a bit biased.. I made the carpet! Check out crossley.ca They may have an inexpensive end kicking around that'd be just up your alley. Or check out this link on eBay...

I am not sure if you are referring to the interior, cabin carpeting or the snap in carpeting for exterior/deck area.

Searray does sell replacement snap in carpeting for the exterior deck area, but it is quite costly. You can proabably find a local source that will be a fraction of the cost (check with your local marine repair facilities).

If you are replacing the interior carpet, I would think you could carefully remove the existing carpet and use it as a patern to cut and install the new carpet.
